Abstract
A phase-shift analysis of scattering data from 10 to 400 MeV is presented. Phase-shift energy-dependent forms having a plausible analytic structure are used, and matrix techniques are employed for the search procedure. An interation process was used to arrive at a self-consistent data set. This analysis is being extended to higher energies and to the system.
