Abstract
Angular correlations of rays deexciting states in have been measured. The reaction ( MeV), with near 180° was used to populate levels of . The decay of levels below an excitation energy of 3.7 MeV is given. Unique spin-parity assignments of , , and could be made for the second, third, and fourth excited states. In addition, limitations could be imposed on spins and parities of seven other excited states. Multipole mixing ratios of the decay rays are given. Yield measurements, averaged over a large incident deuteron energy range, provided information on spin-parity assignments of two excited states.
