Abstract
The results of a year's group discussion between 12 aides and 3 professional persons suggest the value of group techniques for increasing understanding between nursing aides and other persons and the effectiveness of Employee Supervisor Statement Study and the Patient Attitude Scale as pre-employment selective measures and for reflecting attitude changes following group educational experience. Keywords
