Abstract
The frequency and nocturia associated with prostatic outflow obstruction are related to reduce functional bladder capacity and small urinary volumes voided. Bladder instability is a cause of this reduced capacity in some but not all cases of prostatic outflow obstruction. Altered circadian rhythms are common in these patients and are often associated with a particularly low bladder capacity. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
