Abstract
5 Patienten mit kleinzelligem Bronchialkarzinom wurden mit hohen Dosen Methotrexat (zwischen 1,75 und 16 g) behandelt. In keinem Fall konnte eine signifikante Tumorreduktion festgestellt werden. Die hochdosierte Methotrexattherapie kann für die Behandlung kleinzelliger Bronchialkarzinome nicht empfohlen werden. Andere erprobte und erfolgreiche Therapieprotokolle stehen zur Verfügung.Keywords
