Abstract
The factors and electron-spin resonance linewidths have been measured for the relaxed excited state of centers in KCl, KBr, and KI by means of a special technique combining optical pumping, optical detection, and resonating microwaves. The technique is based upon the nearly complete electron-spin memory exhibited by these centers in an optical-pumping cycle.
