Abstract
Clinical, cytological, and dermatoglyphic studies on a girl born with multiple anomalies and surviving at 10½ years of age showed that she had trisomy 17-18(E). The extra chromosome appeared to be most compatible with an 18 chromosome. Her growth and development are described. A survivorship table based on 101 cases of trisomy 17-18 is included. The chance of survival to 1 month, 1 year, and 10 years is 70%, 10%, and 1% respectively. Keywords
