Abstract
A hybrid gene was constructed between the .beta.-lactamase gene of plasmid pBR322 and the cloned coding sequence for rat [pituitary] growth hormone. This gene is expressed in bacteria [Escherichia coli] and growth hormone sequences are detectable by immunological methods. This publication has 17 references indexed in Scilit:
