Abstract
Any discussion of practical issues in clinical trials should take into account both the perspective of the ‘Doers of Research’—the investigators and also the ‘Consumers of Research’—such as the clinicians who will use the results. This paper focuses on five important prerequisites for any successful clinical trial (1) as applied to rheumatology trials. Keywords
