Abstract
A variety of 6-amino- and 6-(acylamino)-6-deoxy carbohydrate analogs of N-acetyl-muramyl-l-alanyl-d-isoglutamine, N-acetylmuramyl-l-valyl-d-isoglutamine, and N-acetylmuramyl-l-seryl-d-isoglutamine were synthesized starting from benzyl 2-acetamido-6-azido-3-O-(d-1-carboxyethyl)-2, 6-dideoxy-4-O-tetrahydropyranyl-α-d-glucopyranoside (1), and their biological activities were examined. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
