Abstract
An industry, with a diversity of occupations and many different types of working conditions, was surveyed for the incidence of rheumatic complaints among its employees. The incidence and site of complaint, as well as the varieties of musculoskeletal disorders, were correlated with age, sex and type of work. Estimates were made of the economic loss to the company owing to rheumatic complaints in terms of absenteeism and medical services required. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
