Abstract
A better re-formation of a collagen-like structure can be obtained by the use of alternating temperatures (4[degree] and 22[degree]) than by isothermal renaturation (4[degree]). A more complete renaturation is obtained with tropocollagen, which has only undergone first stage denaturation, i e, the component chains are still connected. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
