Metrizamide myelography with complex-motion tomography.

Abstract
Excess dilution of contrast material may make a metrizamide myelogram nondiagnostic. Thin-section tomography, with the patient in the frontal and lateral decubitus positions, produces good images of intraspinal lesions that would otherwise be overlooked or only faintly visualized on routine studies.
