Six enzyme systems were examined for electrophoretic variations in psoriasis. Three enzyme systems, namely phosphoglucomutase, 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase and acid phosphatase were polymorphic with the last mentioned system deviating significantly in the distribution of its phenotypes, in comparison with controls. The results are discussed.
