Abstract
Twins aged 19 years presented having been circumcised by an unqualified “itinerant circumciser” at the age of 2 1/2. In one the glans penis and corpus cavernosum were invisible, and the external urethral meatus was at the level of the mons pubis; the other had defects of the glans and corpus, iatrogenic hypospadias, and the end of the penis was protruding only 1.5 cm from the mons pubis. Both underwent successful reconstruction, and are normally sexually active. Keywords
