Abstract
The 2 human cases reported here involve benign renal angiomyolipomas, showing the same angiomyolipoma changes in the regional lymph nodes. These lymph node changes are caused by a multicentric origin of the angiomyolipoma rather than true metastases. A plea is made not to overtreat these tumors since all evidence points to the fact that they are benign. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
