Abstract
The phonon-limited mobility of kinks and polarons in conducting polymers due to scattering from acoustic phonons is investigated. The effect of symmetry-breaking interactions is discussed taking into account the existence of a finite maximal speed of these excitations. A striking difference of the transport coefficients depending on the charge of the excitations is found. Keywords
