Abstract
Mixture of diluted alumina plasma, platelet suspension and Ca Cl2 is incubated at 37[degree]C., and transferred at intervals with Ca Cl2 into substrate plasma. The clotting time of the substrate may be expressed in terms of thromboplastin concn. by means of a thromboplastin dilution curve. The test is the most reliable method for diagnosis of hemophilia and differentiates it from the closely related Christmas disease. Keywords
