Abstract
1. Angiography is a low yield procedure in the evaluation of patients with unilateral renal bleeding and a negative urogram. It is useful in the management of the rare vascular malformation or other unsuspected vascular lesion. 2. Sickle cell trait and unsuspected pyelonephritis were the commonest detectable causes of bleeding and a negative urogram in this series. 3. The major importance of the angiogram is to provide additional support in the conservative clinical management of unexplained hematuria. Keywords
