Abstract
A method is descr. for preparing sections of the pituitaries by use of paraffin sections which in no way interfere with the Hortega silver carbonate staining. This method has advantages over frozen sections in being more rapid, providing sections of more uniform thickness and no sections are lost. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
