Abstract
Schneiderian papillomas are unique lesions of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. Most often epidermoid in histologic appearance, the Schneiderian papilloma favors two sites: the septum and lateral wall of the nasal cavity. In both sites recurrences are frequent. Papillomas of the lateral wall, in addition, have a significant association with carcinoma. Keywords
