Drug-Induced Cicatrizing Conjunctivitis Simulating Ocular Pemphigoid

Abstract
We describe two cases of presumed drug-induced cicatrizing conjunctivitis simulating ocular pemphigoid following pilocarpine administration in one patient and demecarium in the other. Cessation of the drug was followed by stabilization of the disease and conjunctival transplantation in one patient resulted in restoration of a normal ocular surface.
