Abstract
A brief survey is given of the arguments for the assumption that estrogens play a part in the genesis of endometrial cancer. The relation between feminizing ovarian tumors and this type of cancer is of particular interest. A study of the literature dealing with the simultaneous occurrence of these tumors indicates that not only the presence of estrogens, but also the absence of progesterone is a characteristic of all cases with the combined growths. Keywords
