Abstract
The Hepanostika micro-ELISA [enzyme linked immunosorbent assay] System was used, with some modifications, for the indirect detection of human antibodies to hepatitis B surface antigen (anti-HBs). The proposed method is rapid, easy to perform, reproducible, specific and approaches radioimmunoassay in sensitivity (92.6% agreement). An advantage over radioimmunoassay is the possibility of revealing antibodies in sera containing immune complexes, but this will require further investigation. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
