Abstract
Thin single‐crystal, single‐phase films of PbTexSe1−x covering the entire composition range have been prepared by vapor deposition on heated NaCl substrates. Resistivity and Hall effect data at room temperature indicate that the carriers are electrons and that their concentration in these films is in the 1018 cm−3 range. The Hall mobility at room temperature falls in the range 350–800 cm2/V·sec.This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
