Abstract
The need for more effective information processing in business and education has created a market for multimedia technology. Many people are entering the field of multimedia software design and development. This article reports a study conducted with several successful multimedia developers on their project management system. The strategies and techniques used by these practitioners are emphasized. It is intended to provide useful information on the project management process to those who are interested in becoming managers of multimedia projects.Keywords
