Microwave measurement of saturation magnetization and magnetic crystalline anisotropy of polycrystalline ferrites

Abstract
On the basis of the expression for the microwave permeability of completely demagnetized states given by E. Schlömann, we suggest a method of simultaneous determination of saturation magnetization and magnetic crystalline anisotropy of polycrystalline ferrites by measuring this microwave permeability. This permeability has been measured on a number of a frequencies for polycrystalline ferrite materials, and the saturation magnetization and the magnetic crystalline anisotropy can be obtained by using computer methods. The experimental results are in agreement with the data obtained by other experimental methods.
