Abstract
The carotenoid fraction of the peach contains at least 8 components when examined on Tswett adsorption columns. The 4 most abundant have been identified as /3-carotene, cryptoxanthin, lutein, and zeaxanthin.This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
