Abstract
Levels in have been investigated by utilizing the reaction. The basic measurements were -ray excitation functions, angular distributions, and coincidences. All -ray measurements were performed with Ge(Li) detectors. The excitation functions were used to identify rays, and the coincidence measurements were used to construct a level scheme. Nuclear spins have been inferred from analysis of the angular distributions. The proposed level scheme contains 24 levels; the dominant -ray cascade connects states of spin , , , , , and .
