Abstract
The method developed in a previous paper for the construction of separable representations for matrices is extended. It is shown that the separable representation we propose is valid in the vicinity of specified off-shell points. Since the off-shell points considered include those with arbitrary negative-energy parameters, the method presented here should be of value for the bound-state three-body problem.
