Abstract
Rabbit liver UDP-glucuronyltransferase [EC 2.4.1.17] activity was resolved into 2 separate fractions on DEAE-cellulose, one containing most of the transferase activity toward estrone and the other most of the activity toward p-nitrophenol. These 2 activities were completely separated by rechromatography of each fraction on a 2nd DEAE-cellulose column. This publication has 27 references indexed in Scilit:
