Unilateral Pulsating Exophthalmos in von Recklinghausen’s Disease

Abstract
A case of von Recklinghausen''s disease in an adult patient with late unilateral pulsating exophthalmos is reported. Analysis of the data places this case among other similar cases, or extremely rare occurrence, publishedin literature. The pathogeny of pulsating exophthalmos, diagnostic difficulties and postoperative future of the patient are discussed.
