Abstract
This is thought to be the first report of the recognition by cranial ultrasound of the abnormal pattern of cerebral tissues which occurs in Alexander's disease. This finding suggests that cranial ultrasound could be a useful adjunct in the diagnosis of this cerebral leukodystrophy, particularly in those infants presenting with megalencephaly. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
