Fatigue and its correction in photon counting experiments

Abstract
The fatigue characteristics of RCA GaP and EMI venetian blind photomultipliers have been investigated at low anode currents. Methods of reducing the errors from this source are discussed, and a technique which provides an accurate correction in photon counting experiments is given.Keywords
