Abstract
Estrone, estriol and estradiol were oxidized by atmospheric O2 in the presence of lactase but not in the presence of tyrosinase. Laccase did not cause the oxidation of dehydro-andro-sterone, testosterone or progesterone. Cytochrorne oxidase did not cause the oxidation of the estrogens. Keywords
