Abstract
In the laboratory it was observed that the plant bug Liocoris borealis Kelton occasionally attacked its predator, an assassin bug, Sinea diadema (F.) (Reduviidae), when the nymphs of S. diadema were immobilized during moulting. During an experiment seven out of 35 predators were killed by their intended prey. It is probable, how-ever, that others were also killed, for only seven reached the adult stage. Keywords
