Abstract
Over the past five years, creativity and innovation have become critical as organizations attempt to stay ahead of the competition. This article discusses the relationships among three critical aspects of organizational climate: creativity, common vision, and customer connection. Actions that leaders can take to improve their organization's climate to make it more creative are also discussed, with special emphases on how to increase the level of customer connection and common vision.Keywords
