Abstract
A novel form of integrated circuit for magnetic field sensing is described. A split-drain transistor provides the basic Hall device and amplifiers and voltage-controlled oscillators are incorporated on the same chip to yield a device with inherent temperature compensation and stability for direct connection to a digital system. Keywords
