Abstract
The 12 pKa values for phytic acid have been obtained from pH titration data and nonlinear regression analysis. The pKa values ranged from 1.9 to 9.5. The results are discussed in terms of previously determined pKa values. Possible reasons are given for the differences between previously determined values and present values. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
