Abstract
A-decomposing enzyme from Cl. Tertium A can be fractionated into two principal fractions. One fraction, which is comprised solely of deacetylase, can destroy A activity of A substance or A red cells without enhancing their H activity. The other fraction, which is comprised principally of galactosaminidase containing deacetylase, can destroy A activity with enhancement of the H activity. Keywords
