Abstract
Pediatric Annals | The public health burden of rotavirus disease, reviewed in the article by Zahn and Marshall (see page 23), provides sufficient justification for the development of a rotavirus vaccine. Despite the withdrawal of one vaccine in the United States, rhesus rotavirus vaccine tetravalent (RRV-TV, RotaShield), other rotavirus vaccines should be available shortly.
