Abstract
We evaluated 35 women for urological complications followed for 2 to 12 years after spinal cord injury. Of the patients 13 were treated with a Foley catheter, while 22 were managed by intermittent catheterization. Urological complications in the chronic catheterization group were frequent and serious compared to those in patients treated by intermittent catheterization. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
