Abstract
The electronic structure of CeHx (2approximately 3 act as electron donors and that a defect band is formed for CeHapproximately 2.7. A possible mechanism of the temperature-dependent metal-semiconductor transition in CeHapproximately 2.7 is presented. Keywords
