Abstract
We apply an approximate off-shell version of the ES scaling developed for molecule–surface scattering by Gerber, Beard, and Kouri to the He+H2 CC cross section results of Flower and Kirkpatrick. The predicted results are in much better agreement with CC values than are those obtained using earlier on-shell versions of the ES scaling. Keywords
