Abstract
A 33% pregnancy rate is reported in 78 women over 2 yr whose husbands underwent microsurgical vasovasotomies after vasectomies. Microsurgical techniques, anatomical landmarks and physiological considerations of both vasovasotomy and vasectomy are reviewed. A marked discrepancy is found between the number of patients with seminal sperm and pregnancy rates following vasectomy reversal, possibly due to sperm-agglutinating or immobilizing autoantibodies. Keywords
