Abstract
An algorithm for recognition and localization of objects, which is invariant to the displacement and the rotation of objects, was developed by Kammenous [1]. This letter extends the algorithm to recognition and localization of objects that are scaled, rotated and displaced, while retaining the order of the number of computations. Keywords
