Abstract
The factors of the (1416.3 keV, nsec) and the (2641.2 keV, nsec) states in were measured by the time differential spin rotation method. The experimental results corrected for diamagnetic shielding and Knight shift are and . The analysis yields an orbital factor of the proton . The comparison with factors of other proton states in isotones shows a significant deviation from the predicted blocking of core polarization.
