Abstract
The glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminases in mitochondria and soluble fraction of pig liver have been separated and purified. They were shown to be different enzymes, having different heat stability, different behaviors in column chromatography and in electrophoresis, different optimal pH and different Km values.Keywords
