Abstract
The elastic scattering of particles is analyzed with an optical potential obtained by a simple folding of the nuclear-matter distribution with an -nucleon interaction. The neutron-matter radius is extracted using the charge-distribution parameters. The result fm is compared with other determinations and some theoretical calculations.
