Abstract
The results of the present study are consistent with the following scheme of thyroglobulin biosynthesis in the rat: formation of a 12S sub-unit, possibly from smaller polypeptide sub-units; aggregation of two 12S sub-units into a 16S molecule; maturation of 16S protein into 19S thyroglobulin. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
